ORDER PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after the payment has cleared. You will be informed of any potential delays with your order during busy seasonal periods.
We offer free standard shipping on UK orders above the amount of £75. We also offer free next day delivery (on orders made before 12pm) on orders above the amount of £150, and free standard international delivery on orders above the amount of £200
Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 12pm the day before preferred delivery date. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the day after (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays).
You must provide a valid postal address and email address. Veil & Virtue will not take responsibility for costs incurred for lost packages as a result of incorrect address details being provided.
If you wish to amend or change your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of your confirmation, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.
On some occasions, if more than one order is made to the same delivery address and the first order has not yet been dispatched, your items may be packaged into one parcel. Similarly, due to the number of items ordered, there may be occasions where items in one order will be shipped out in multiple packages. Please note: you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We may at any time offer free shipping with no minimum order total, or similarly, we reserve the right to retract our free shipping promotions without notice.
Veil & Virtue will always book deliveries to be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Veil & Virtue cannot take responsibility for delays that may occur with the courier. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the allocated delivery time/day. If the package is not accepted at the address provided, a note will be left by the courier with details of collection.
Veil & Virtue will not be responsible for any customs or import charges applied by your home country if outside of the UK.
